The Return 2016

It's August, and this is my first post for the year 2016??

I may still came back to my blog from time to time, but most of my friends no longer update their blog post. Many of my friend's blog links are also no longer available. However, I'm glad that there are still many other interesting and updated blogs out there that I enjoyed reading. It shows that it is not the end of blogging days yet.

I have been on social media a lot. They are instant and easy platform to share thoughts, status, photos and link to everybody in your close network. Since I was able to connect with most of my friends and families easier through social media, I then began to neglect blogging. I only write and share simple post. So, in long run my writing skills began declining. My language learning improve slowly. I gradually forgot the reason why I started blogging many years ago, which is to improve my English, writing and typing skills.

Yes, I missed the good old days of blogging. Writing my thoughts, writing about my weekend activities, sharing photos, exchanging links, read other blogs, writing and getting comments. I may not be able to update this blog regularly but yeah, I do want to reactivate my writing hobby :p. Wish me luck!

The Coffee Talk

This is a conversation between my mom and I during my visit to my parent's house this in the evening:

Mom: *served me a cup of drink* Here's your drink.
Me: *look at the cup and then check the time on my watch. Approx. 8.30-9.00p.m.* A coffee at this time?
Mom: It's o.k. Tomorrow is a holiday anyway.

Me is not really a coffee drinker. I drink coffee occasionally. So, for me drinking coffee after dinner means you wants to stay awake for the night.

I am the kind of person who can survive the day without a coffee. I just not addicted to the coffee-caffeine, I guess. I am more a cocoa type of person. A thick plain iced Milo is my favorite drink. Just thinking of it makes me go 'yummmm...' :p

Anyway, thanks for the holiday reminder mom.

I Am A Fan Of Korean Alien 2014

Yes, I am one of the millions fan of the famous Korean drama 'My Love From The Star' (also known as 'You Who Came From Star')

This drama has invaded my mind for months already. My enthusiast-after-effect from watching this drama is still high that it planted the needs for me to mention this drama in my blog. In Malaysia, the drama was aired on ONETVASIA (Astro Ch.393). Since the episode aired was later than the SBS airtime, I followed this drama updates online via DramaGO.

The drama after-effect was said had ruined some of the fans' lives and relationship, especially in China [reference here]. If you don't know and really wanted to know why this drama makes people go crazy, you really have to watch it yourself then only you could understand. I made my mom watched this drama along with me during the two-days-drama-marathon aired by ONETVASIA and she too got invaded by the 'alien' after following a few episodes mwahhahahaaa...*evil laugh*.

It really surprised me when my mom suddenly asked : "What if an alien just really live among us just like that (refering to Do Min Joon)". I was stunned for a moment and then burst to laugh. You're awesome mom. I never thought of that. So, I googled and found this:

Once you are certain he's an alien. The touch. LOL

My reason for the craze???

Of course the awesome act bought by the actors and actresses involved in this drama, including the antagonist character. I like SongYi(Gianna Jun) fun character and her fashion the most. Manager Do (Kim Soo Hyun) and his cool superpower. I also think JaeKyung (Shin Sung Rok) villain character is awesome.

Sorry, my lonely blog

Hello...

Oh wow... I did came visit my own blog for a few times but didn't manage to post something until today... How long has it been? Nearly 2 years? Hell yeah.. I do have so many things to write, but my fingers are just too lazy to dance on the keyboard... To make it worse, the existence of many kinds of social media makes me lazier to keep updating this blogs.

I wonder if any of my friends still do personal blogs nowadays. Years back before Facebook became famous, a lot of people do personal blogs (yeah, that includes me). Expressing their feelings, complaining, sharing photos, videos, songs, link exchange and whatever they did on Facebook now... The best part during blog days was everyone shows their own skills in web/page customization, keep changing page skin/template to make it became more attractive and fun as if there was a blog beauty contest. Yeah, it was fun back then (well, atleast fun for me :p)

Ever since Facebook became so famous, I can't really recall when exactly...but I, myself signed up in Facebook since year 2008. Just like me, people became lazier to blog. Perhaps because Facebook offers simplicity via status updates. Twitter does too, except that Twitter has characters limit. Then, came Instagram. It attracts people with it's instant photo capture with it's own instant filters what-so-ever... They are so damn great and easy, people really could just forget Blogger! (and damn, that includes me too!)

Having this so-easy-and-everybody-use-this social media has it's own consequences too. This lately, I began to realize that people are starting to feel annoyed with other people's Facebook updates. Why is that? People starting to warn each other (with or without that other person know they are being warned -- I found this funny) that they are going to unfriend  that other person if they keep posting annoying updates. Ah! 'UNFRIEND' a modern word. Funny, not becoming friend nowadays become easier. Simply because they dislike that other person's updates showed on their own News Feed in Facebook people simply unfriend each other. It is more hilarious, two or more people are friends in whatever social media they're on, yet they completely ignore and pretended not know each other in real life. AWKWARD!

*tired now* ....and... Here I am, complaining about people in social media nowadays. Let's just think about it. Why would you feel annoyed on other people's update. If you don't like their status just don't read it. If you dislike their photos just ignore it. There is no need to update your own status saying you feel annoyed on other people's update. There is a setting prepared by these social media where you can filter what ever post showed on your news feed. What I'm saying is, why in the first place did you accept friend request if you're going to unfriend them later on.

I have a lot more thoughts than words about this social-media-and-people-stuff, I just feel tired to keep on typing. Just hope that I would keep updating my blog some other time.

Buang tebiat

I was cleaning my drawer last weekend. I found my old stuffs. Then, self-photo-shooting began...

When I was still in primary&secondary-school, I like to buy stuffs from a cataloge. The shades from the above photos are some of it. The catalog normally sells girly stuffs like makeups, hair accessories, cheap necklaces, rings and bracelets and the most hot-wanted items are fancy name stickers/name cards. I think I still have those name cards, I need to dig further more in my old treasure trove.

I love good news...

It's a double congratulations news...

Last Sunday, me and my fiance went for a dinner with my sister after evening mass. It's raining in the evening, so we thought there's no other lepak place; either find a covered place or just went straight home. Then, fiance said, 'why don't we go visit rapih and boy?'. It's been a while since Jennifer (rapih) and Kenneth (boy) around town, yet we could not find a time to meet-up with them. 'Yeah, why not', my sister and I agreed. So, after finished our dinner, we stop by at the old-sing-kwong area to buy some beer. ya lah, tak kn nak datang visit dgn tangan kosong kn?...of course, before that we called Kenneth to make sure they're home and to get their home address..

As we arrived at Tmn Li Hua, we were greeted by two cute little fella, goofy and apple... haaa... they were so naughty...jumping and running here and there..  and I only manage to capture...

Isn't he photogenic?? haha..gambar tuan nya sik di ambik...terlalu khusyuk layan apple and goofy, I forgot to take apple's photo..lalalala..forgive me, y'all...

Kenneth served us the beer we brought and Jennifer made some hot tea for our side drinks... and fiance asked Kenneth, 'why only four of us drink the beer? what about rapih?'...everyone knows that Jennifer never declines alcohol especially when gathering with friends. My sister and I also, just realize Jen only drinks tea. 'Nahh, I cannot drink beer...I cannot take any alcohol...cuti-alcohol for a while', Jen said. 'Why? Are you sick or you're pregnant?', fiance asked again. 'Yes, I'm pregnant', Jen replied. And the three of us was like...'What?? Really??'.. Kenneth confirms his wife is on her 3rd month pregnancy....and they shared their first pregnancy-discovery-experience. The three of us only listens while still picking-up with the new-exciting-news.

Apple and Goofy was playing around while we were chit-chatting, and Jen & Kenneth would mention a few stories about how playful the dogs are.. Up to one point my fiance asked, 'Can I book one of your puppies when Apple got pregnant one day?'. Jen replied, 'She is pregnant, her belly is a bit bigger?'. 'Really? I thought she's still young?', again my fiance asked in disbelief. 'Yeah, I never thought she would got pregnant that fast too. She is still 8 month old and she's just having her first period.', Jen replied. Our eyes, rounded as the three of us turn our eyes towards innocent-looked-Goofy. 'Nahh, Goofy, you cannot being naughty anymore, you're going to be a father soon', my fiance tells goofy *ckp dgn goofy, mcm la goofy paham :p*. We were unlucky since the future-poodle-puppies have been fully-booked by Jen's aunties. Unless, Goofy fathered many puppies at one time, but the possibility is quite low since Apple is quite young...well, i guess so lah...

So, we continued chit-chatting and laughing till mid-night. Anyway, it's holiday on the next day so we don't really rush home. As we finished the drinks, My sister, my fiance and I says goodbye to two mothers-and-fathers-to be. As I got home, I told my sister, we would not know all the good news if we did not visit them that night. Jen and Kenneth don't really mention about Jen's pregnancy in Facebook. We're really glad we made that visit and got surprises by these two pregnancy news.

Congratulations to mommas-to-be, Jennifer Rafaeh and Apple...and well done to poppas-to-be, Kenneth Jenner and Goffy... haha!

p/s: As much as I love double good news... I love McDonald's Double Cheese Burger... ! Double! Double! Double all the good things!
